Pass us the Prosecco because wedding season is well underway! Now you’ve found your fiance, bridesmaids and your dream wedding dress- the finishing touch to any wedding ensemble is a chic manicure.
Whether you’re subtle and understated, or eccentric and out there- your nail polish choice can really tie in your entire look for the big day.
In this week’s blog, we’ve scoured the internet for the hottest bridal nail trends!
Chic white
If you love the look of white nails, you can 100% rock them for your wedding day too! You can keep it classy with a simple matte topcoat, or give it a little something extra with glittery tips- take a look at the depth of Falcon 9, guaranteed to make an impression on your big day!
chrome crush
Chrome nails will add extra sparkle to your brand new wedding band. For a pearl-like shine, choose an opaque pastel pink or off-white.
Chrome nails are created by rubbing a powder made of fine metals, glass and pigment over your nail polish base, using a soft, spongey eyeshadow brush until a holographic effect occurs. We think that ‘Strawberry Sundae’ will make the perfect base for some chrome bridal nails!
something blue
If you haven’t got your ‘something blue’, why not go for blue bridal nails? Don’t go for a garish hue – opt for a duck egg blue shade and you won’t regret it years down the line. ‘Cornflowers’ by Livoliv is the perfect subtle pastel blue- that would look great with floral embellishments!
go nude
You can’t really go wrong with a nude manicure on your wedding day. A natural-looking polish will flatter your hands without distracting from an embellished wedding dress or vibrant bouquet. ‘Driftwood’ is a great brown nude that will look fab with either a matte, or super shiny topcoat.
gorgeous and gold
Your wedding is all about you, so why not make the most of it and go all out with your nails! Gold is classic, timeless and chic- add to that a little bit of sparkle and we think you’re onto a winner. ‘Dame Dazzle’ is a glitzy gold holographic nail polish that’s one of our personal favourites here at Livoliv.
aztec design
Aztec patterns would be perfect for a beach boho wedding. The best thing about this specific design is being able to incorporate any colours you like- whether you’d rather some neutral tones or adding a splash of colour. We think a dash of pastel yellow, or a super glitzy purple would look fab. You can always coordinate with your flowers of choice!
